Almost the last shot of the sunset.

Hey, if you are tired of sunset shots, you can always turn off your computer.  Pat & I are stuck here, and we're forced to watch them all.

This is one of the seaplanes that ferries passengers from Key West to Dry Tortugas and back every day.  They took off amazingly close to some of the boats in the harbor.

One of the home made Cuban boats that arrive frequently.  We actually watched from our boat as the park rangers dragged this one to shore.  We didn't see any refugees though.  There was a large Coast Guard ship nearby which I assume took possession of the refugees.  Don't know whether they were caught with their feet "wet" or "dry."

Doesn't look like there was any room for refugees!

Inside the fort trying to get the sand out of my shoes from beaching the dinghy.

Ken McCoin, this shot is for you!  There is currently no sand bridge between Garden Key and Bush Key.  Although, the channel is officially closed, several boats did come in and leave between the Keys.

The lighthouse on top of Fort Jefferson.  This was once the lighthouse for Dry Tortugas which was later officially replaced by the larger lighthouse on Loggerhead Key.  The lighthouse is still lit but referred to as the Harbor Lighthouse.
